Natalya Boyarskaya

Natalya Konstantinovna Boyarskaya ((ロシア語:Ната́лья Константи́новна Боя́рская); born 1946) is a Russian violinist and music teacher. She is the wife of the cellist Alexander Boyarsky and mother of the violinist Konstantin Boyarsky.
==Life==
She studied at the School of Music at the Moscow Conservatory under Maya Glezarovoy and Yuri Yankelevich. She graduated from the Gnessin State Musical College as a student of Felix Andrievsky. From 1971 to 1990 she taught at the Children's School of Music at the Moscow Conservatory, heading the Strings Department. In 1991, at the invitation of Yehudi Menuhin, she came to London and began teaching at the Yehudi Menuhin School. From 1996 she has also taught as a professor at the Royal College of Music. Those who have studied under her include Alina Ibragimova (Russia); Valeriy Sokolov (Ukraine); Akiko Oho (Japan), Vlad Majstorovic and Corina Belch Fisher (Romania); Chloë Hanslip, Ben Baker and Nicola Benedetti (UK); Saule Rinkyavichyute (Lithuania); Emanuel Bernard (France); Aisha Syed (Dominican Republic) and Marguerite Buesa Blanco and Gala Perez (Spain).
